On PowerTechn today, we bring to you leaked details about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

This is exciting news for tech enthusiasts! The much-awaited Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has been making headlines lately, and now we have more juicy details about its memory and storage configurations.

The tablet has already been spotted in the Geekbench database, with previous leaks revealing information about its chipset and battery. But today, we have something new to look forward to.

According to a reliable tipster on Twitter, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will come in three different versions with varying memory and storage options.

The base model will feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the mid-tier option will boast 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and the top-of-the-line model will have a whopping 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

It’s clear that Samsung is catering to the needs of power users who require massive storage and memory for their work and entertainment.

Furthermore, it’s worth noting that there have been no rumors suggesting that Samsung will remove the microSD card slot from the Galaxy Tab S9 lineup. This means that you can still supplement your storage needs and expand your memory even further.

It’s worth noting that the base model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, which comes with 128GB of storage space, will feature UFS 3.1 storage technology.

On the other hand, the higher-end models with 256GB and 512GB of storage will come with UFS 4.0, as no 128GB UFS 4.0 chips are currently available. This is similar to what we saw earlier this year with the Galaxy S23’s 8/128GB variant.

As for the standard Galaxy Tab S9, there will be at least two different models available: one with 8GB of RAM and another with 12 GB. Unfortunately, there are no further details about these models at this time.

Both the Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will feature an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

Additionally, they will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy system-on-chip (SoC), which is the same chip used in all three Galaxy S23 smartphones worldwide. There is also speculation that the Galaxy Tab S9 may transition from an LCD screen to an AMOLED display.

Overall, these leaks are very promising and suggest that Samsung is truly raising the bar when it comes to tablet technology.

With its impressive specs, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is poised to become a game-changer in the tablet market. We can’t wait to see what other surprises Samsung has in store for us when it releases this much-anticipated device.
